Capitol Associates accepts reimbursement from many different insurance companies including but not limited to: Physicians Plus, Unity, WPS, Blue Cross Blue Shield, WEA, Alliance and Value Options. Our office staff is available to help you deal with these and any other insurance companies in order to facilitate reimbursement. Self pay is also an option.
